The logo is registered as an artistic work beneath the Copyright Act. The Concord mark is a considerable reproduction or a colorable imitation of the plaintiff’s inventive work and the complete creative work of Reliance is integrated in the Concord emblem by making slight alteration. That the intention of Concord to create deception and confusion is obvious from the reality that the logo of Reliance has been registered from 1999 and has been extensively used. Hence Concord isn’t trustworthy in adoption of the mark and had the intention to trigger confusion within the minds of basic public. The use of the term “domain” to signify a bodily area or space just isn’t new; in reality, it’s the original use of the term. But to see the two widespread phrases, “domain” and “companies” kind a brand new, non-descriptive term that defines a brand is certainly information.
