So it's still indirect calorie control. I agree tracking calories is an effective method, and some people like having exact numbers, but I can't agree with someone who claims not tracking can't be just as effective, it seems to me like thats something coming from someone who can't accept things that people do that are different to what they do, hence they must be wrong or ineffective. Now back to the dreaded calories question. Does this mean you can never have cake at a party or your favorite pasta dish? And by people, like Ironwill says, i mean the people who are happy to spend hours a week in the gym. Let me explain what I mean by eating great. Think again. I can also take 10 minutes and throw some shrimp and lettuce in a bowl, add a teaspoon of dressing, add a cover and shake up for something quick to eat.
