Turkish enforcement offices will enforce recognised international judgments as if they were rendered by a Turkish courtroom. If the exequatur is appealed, the execution will stay till the upper court’s choice is finalised. The determination should not be on a matter inside the unique jurisdiction of the Turkish courts or being contested by the defendant, and the choice must not be given by a state court docket that has accepted itself as competent in jurisdiction even if it isn’t.
