Successfully defended on attraction to the Oklahoma Supreme Court the trial court’s order granting abstract judgment. We have a document of successful protection of real property and insurance coverage brokers and brokers confronting claims of skilled fault, including in state licensing settings in addition to in litigation actions. Successfully defended a number of regulation companies, in Atlanta and nationally, in opposition to claims of legal malpractice. Liability will activate whether the defendant has violated the applicable commonplace of care. In evaluating the defendant’s conduct, courts usually assess whether or not another skilled would have acted the same, or would have carried out themselves differently. For example, in a medical malpractice case where a doctor fails to diagnose the patient’s most cancers at an early stage, the court must evaluate whether or not one other doctor would have accurately diagnosed the cancer at such an early stage.
