Turkish enforcement offices will enforce recognised international judgments as if they were rendered by a Turkish courtroom. If the exequatur is appealed, the execution will stay till the upper court’s choice is finalised. The determination should not be on a matter inside the unique jurisdiction of the Turkish courts or being contested by the defendant, and the choice must not be given by a state court docket that has accepted itself as competent in jurisdiction even if it isn’t. The original choice, duly permitted by the related country’s authorised departments, together with an permitted translation, must be submitted to the Turkish courts.
